- Registration Process
- Account Creation
To participate in our challenge and access the Hub, you must register for an Account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information—including your full legal name, email address, and payment details. Those payment details must match the information you supply to our designated payment processor. If the information does not match, we may suspend your Account or be unable to process future transactions (e.g., challenge fees or, if you become a Monetized Simulated User, any applicable fees or payouts). - User Verification
After you successfully complete the Evaluation stage and before you can trade as a Monetized Simulated user(continuation of trading demo capital), you must complete our User Verification Process. PrimePoint Traders may initiate this process at any time in its sole discretion. - A live or recorded video interview (which we may record for our files)
- Submission of government-issued photo ID and proof of address
- Additional documentation to verify your identity, beneficial ownership, or source of funds
- Internal checks to ensure you have not attempted to bypass system controls, abuse the Evaluation stage, or violate our Trading Rules

If any information changes—such as your legal name, address, or payment details—you must update your Account as soon as practicable. - Ongoing Due Diligence
Even after you become a Monetized Simulated User, we may request updated information or documentation at any time to satisfy legal, regulatory, or sanction-screening obligations. - Account Access
Once you have registered and (if required) completed verification, you may log in to the Hub and access the Services. Remember that PrimePoint Traders never holds or manages client funds—your challenge fee is a payment for service, and all activity remains fully simulated on our platform; no orders are routed to any exchange or clearing venue. - No Guarantee of Approval

PrimePoint Traders reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue the User Verification Process for any reason, including legal, compliance, or commercial considerations. - Personal Use and Billing
Our Services are intended strictly for individual, personal use. You may not register using corporate or third-party details. - Payment Terms
All fees for PrimePoint Traders’ Evaluation programs are quoted in U.S. Dollars. If you remit payment in a different currency, the amount will be converted to U.S. Dollars at the exchange rate used by your payment processor on the date of the transaction. Program fees include any sales, value-added, or similar taxes levied by PrimePoint Traders; you remain responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may apply under your local law.
You may pay the Evaluation program fee by credit or debit card, bank transfer, crypto, or any other payment method that we make available on the Website.
- Card & Instant Payments. Payments made via credit or debit card (or any instant-payment option) will be processed immediately and must be authorized by the cardholder.
- Cryptocurrency Payments. We may offer payment via cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum) as specified on the Website. The U.S. Dollar equivalent of your crypto payment will be calculated using the exchange rate published by our designated exchange partner at the time we confirm receipt on the blockchain. You are responsible for any network or miner fees, and must ensure that the net amount received equals the full program fee. Crypto payments are irreversible; in the event of any refund, we will issue it in U.S. Dollars via your original payment method (or another method at our discretion) at the then-current exchange rate. A payment is deemed complete once the required number of blockchain confirmations (as detailed in your payment instructions) has been recorded.
- Bank Transfer. If you elect to pay by bank transfer, we will email you a pro forma invoice detailing the amount due and the payment deadline. You must submit funds in full to PrimePoint Traders’ designated account by the stated due date. Fees are considered paid only when clear in our account; late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of your program registration.
You are solely responsible for any fees, commissions, or exchange charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with your chosen payment method. Please ensure that the total program fee—after deduction of any third-party charges—is fully credited to PrimePoint Traders’ account.
If you are redirected to a third-party site to complete your purchase, that transaction will be governed by the third party’s terms of service and privacy policy. You provide any personal or financial data to those third parties at your own risk; PrimePoint Traders disclaims all liability for how such third parties collect, use, or protect your information.
- Refund Policy
All Evaluation program fees are final and non-refundable once you initiate any trading activity within the simulated environment. If you have not yet engaged in any simulated trades and have not breached these Terms, you may request a full refund of your Evaluation fee within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date. Any refund request submitted after you begin simulated trading, or beyond the 14-day window, will be denied. - User Content
The PrimePoint Traders Hub may permit you to post, upload, or otherwise share text, images, videos, data, or other materials (“User Content”) with the community or on our Website. - Risks
Educational Content Disclaimer
All materials, tutorials, insights, and data provided by PrimePoint Traders are for educational and simulated-trading purposes only. Nothing in our Website or Services constitutes legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, or trading advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to engage in any real-money transaction. You alone are responsible for determining whether any aspect of our simulated platform is suitable for you, and you should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions based on the content here. We make no promises or guarantees regarding any outcomes or results.
Software & Security Risks
While we strive to develop and maintain secure, reliable software, no system is entirely free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or potential threats. PrimePoint Traders disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software errors, security breaches, or other technical issues. By using our Services, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to proceed at your own risk.
Service Availability
Our platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance via email or portal announcement. Unplanned interruptions—for example, to address critical bugs or force-majeure events—will be resolved as quickly as possible, but you should anticipate that access may be temporarily restricted.
Legal & Regulatory Change Risk
Applicable laws and regulations may evolve and could materially affect how our Services operate or what features we can offer. PrimePoint Traders reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services (including account approvals) to maintain compliance. You acknowledge that such changes may occur without prior notice.
Phishing & Fraud Risks
Fraudsters may attempt to impersonate us via email, SMS, search-engine ads, or other channels. Always access your account by navigating directly to https://primepointtraders.com and never disclose login credentials in response to unsolicited messages. PrimePoint Traders will never ask for sensitive credentials via email or text message.
Tax Considerations
Because all trading activity on our platform is purely simulated, it does not generate real income, gains, or losses and generally does not create taxable events. If you derive real-world financial benefits as a result of using our Services (for example, by leveraging your simulated performance to secure outside funding), you are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax reporting and payment obligations. We do not provide tax advice.
Platform Monitoring & Data Sharing
To safeguard the integrity of our platform, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal requirements, we employ monitoring tools and may review user activity and content. We reserve the right to share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required or permitted by law.
- Data Accuracy
While PrimePoint Traders endeavors to keep all information on the Website and Hub current and correct, we make no guarantees of completeness, timeliness, or error-free operation. Content may include technical inaccuracies, typos, or out-of-date material, and we reserve the right to modify or remove information at any time without notice—including details about our policies, features, or simulated-trading tools. You agree that any reliance on Website content or third-party links is at your own risk, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying accuracy before making any decisions based on that information.
Links to external sites or resources are provided strictly for convenience; PrimePoint Traders does not control or endorse third-party content and accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or security of any material on linked websites.

We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of vulnerabilities, or that any content is accurate or complete. All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Educational Purposes Only; No Professional Advice
All information, data, tutorials, analytics, and simulated-trading tools are provided solely for educational and training purposes. Nothing on our Website or through our Services constitutes legal, tax, investment, insurance, or financial advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to engage in any real-money trading. You should consult your own professional advisors before making any decisions based on content from PrimePoint Traders.
No Guarantee of Results
Past performance in our simulated environment is not indicative of future outcomes. PrimePoint Traders makes no promises or guarantees regarding any hypothetical results, gains, or profits—even within the simulation.
Technical & Security Risks
We strive to build and maintain secure, reliable software, but no system is infallible. PrimePoint Traders disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from software bugs, design flaws, security breaches, malware, unauthorized access, or any other technical issues. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our platform may include links to third-party sites or integrate external services. We do not control, endorse, or warrant any content, products, or services provided by those third parties, and assume no responsibility for their practices or your interactions with them.

Simulated Risk Controls
We may impose or adjust simulation-specific risk parameters—such as position-size limits or virtual leverage caps—to preserve platform integrity and educational value. These limits may change at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Lawfulness of Use
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Website and Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. PrimePoint Traders makes no representations regarding the legality of your activities in any particular location.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimePoint Traders, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors (collectively, “we,” “us” or “our”) shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or lost opportunities—arising out of or relating to your access to or use of our Website or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. If these limitations are unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or Services—whether in whole or in part—at any time and without notice, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such changes. We are also not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, interruptions in telecommunications or internet services, hardware or software failures, or governmental actions.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total fees you have paid to PrimePoint Traders during the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

We may be obliged to report suspicious activity or disclose your data to courts, regulators, law-enforcement, tax authorities, or other official bodies if so required by law or regulation.
