This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by PrimePoint Traders LLC, a
Delaware limited-liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible via
https://primepointtraders.com (“Website”) and any services, subdomains, or back-end
interfaces reachable therefrom.
- Scope & Applicability
This policy governs all fees, subscriptions, challenge-entry payments, digital and physical
goods sold via primepointtraders.com. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have
under applicable law. - Eligibility for a Refund
- One-Week Window: You may request a full refund of your purchase price
within fourteen(14) days of the original transaction date. - Evaluation Trades: Refunds for challenge-entry fees(evaluation fee) are available
only if
you have not placed any live or simulated trade in the evaluation stage. - Non-Refundable Items:
o Challenge fees once you have placed a trade in the evaluation;
o All subscription fees;
o All physical merchandise purchases.

with “Refund Request” in the subject line. - Include your full name, order number or subscription ID, date of purchase, and a
brief
statement confirming you have not placed any evaluation trades. - We may request additional information to verify eligibility; this will not affect your
refund. - Processing Timeframe
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10
business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. - Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our
Support
Team, we may be unable to process your refund. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate services
and to dispute any chargeback.
We take chargebacks very seriously and maintain detailed records to ensure fair resolution.
By purchasing our Services, you agree to the following terms regarding disputes and
chargebacks:
- No Chargeback Substitution. You must first submit any refund request via our
Support Team as described in the “How to Request a Refund” section. Initiating a
chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without our prior
written consent constitutes a breach of this policy. - Chargeback Fees & Remedies. If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this
policy, you agree to reimburse PrimePoint Traders LLC for any fees or costs we incur
(e.g., a \$25 processing fee). We may also suspend or terminate your account and
deny future purchases. - Express Authorization & Acknowledgement. By completing your purchase, you
expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund
Policy—including its chargeback provisions—and waive any right to dispute a
charge with your bank unless you have first complied with these terms. - Usage Logging & Proof of Delivery. We maintain time-stamped logs of all account
activity, including evaluation trades and content access. Any attempt to claim a
refund after placing a trade or accessing materials will be denied, and we will
submit our logs to your card issuer as evidence of service delivery. - Policy Version & Acceptance Record. Your purchase is subject to the Refund
Policy version in effect on the “Last Updated” date shown above. We keep records of
your acceptance (date, time, and IP address) to verify which version you agreed to. - Dispute Resolution. You agree that any chargeback initiated in violation of this
policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the
rules of the American Arbitration Association. PrimePoint Traders LLC shall be
entitled to recover all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in defending against such a
chargeback.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our Website with a
new
“Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after that date constitutes
acceptance of
the updated policy. - Governing Law & Severability
Governing Law. This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Severability. If any provision of this policy is held invalid or unenforceable by a
court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and
